Packman Lucas are the appointed structural engineers for extensive structural renovation works at a group of buildings at 90-95 Piccadilly (incorporating the former Brettingham Villa and Naval & Military) and 100 Piccadilly in central London.

The collection of buildings which form the refurbishment comprise four buildings: 90-95 Piccadilly and 100 Piccadilly. The proposed refurbishment includes turning the collection of distinct buildings into one luxury 6* hotel, whilst maintaining the seperate character and identity of each building. The project is underway and is scheduled for completion in 2009. The overall strategy is a sensitive one that has been developed for listed buildings in which the proposed structural elements are tactfully integrated into the existing structure.
